Privacy notice

We use the information you provide to operate the store, fulfil orders, provide customer support and maintain the security of the website.

Order information

We store customer name, contact details, delivery address, purchased items, order notes, payment status and fulfilment information so we can process and support orders.

Payments

Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. The QSE system stores transaction references and payment status, not full card numbers.

Contact and reviews

Messages submitted through the contact form are stored for customer support. Verified product reviews are linked internally to the relevant order so purchase eligibility can be checked.

Cookies

The site uses essential session and basket cookies required for login, checkout and recently viewed products. We avoid unnecessary third-party marketing scripts in this build.
