UK delivery

Production time
Many QSE products are cut or prepared to order. Each product page shows its production time. Production time is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, it appears on the order-tracking page after dispatch. Some orders may be dispatched without a tracking number, depending on the delivery method used.
Returns
Contact us before returning a non-personalised item so we can confirm the return details. Personalised items can only be returned when faulty or incorrect.
